When I first went to see Disney’s live action remake of Lion King, I went in with the hopes of a great movie because after all, how can you make lion king bad? It was classic a great movie, but after I watched it, I found it that it didn’t meet my expectations that I was hoping for. When it comes to all the Disney live-action remakes there's always bad reviews but, like Aladdin, I found Lion King to be good. I like how realistic all the animals looked with the exception of some scenes where the animals look like puppets. I love the actors and actresses who were casted in this movie. I especially loved the casting of James Earl Jones to reprise his role of Mufasa from the original Lion King. The only problem with this movie was that it felt like the same movie with a different skin. However it was kinda interesting, and strange to see a scene from the original where the animals looked so real. Overall, I found it to be a good movie. 6.5/10
