Review:
I’d give this movie a 5/10. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. For the most part, I found the movie boring. While I didn’t expect the relationship between Rapunzel and Prince Stefan to be incredible, I did find it lacking. I wish the relationship was expanded on more. I think that’s my problem with the whole movie. It felt like nothing was expanded on enough. The ideas in the story are interesting enough. A feud between kingdoms because of an outside force would have been really interesting if it was able to get more screentime. It felt like a lot was happening but at the same time, nothing was happening. The premise was good if not a little predictable, but the execution wasn’t there.

Penelope comes to get her because Gothel is soon to return to the manor. Rapunzel paints the tower on a door and makes it back in time.
Gothels pet, ferret, steals Rapunzel's invitation and gives it to Gothel. Gothel then cuts off Rapunzel's hair, destroys her mural, destroys the paintbrush, and puts a spell on Rapunzel's tower. Gothel pretends to be Rapunzel at the ball to find who Rapunzel was meeting, she finds she's been meeting the prince and attacks him. Rapunzel is able to escape the tower with help from Penelope and Penelope's father. King Wilhelm decides to attack the prince’s ball.
